Benefits of Fruits & Veggies

Every body is different and require different amounts of fruits and vegetables a day. According to the CDC, this is the amount a 36 year old female with 30-60 minutes of exercise a day should be getting.

2 cups of fruit and 2.5 cups of vegetables every day based on your age ( 36 ), sex ( female ), and level of physical activity ( 30 to 60 minutes ).
